1. Introduction & Core Philosophy

At SeedEdit.app ("we", "our", or "us"), we prioritize creator privacy through our client-side architecture. Our AI image tools, including the SeedEdit 3.0/4.0 playground, the Vivid Redo image processor, background remover, image resizer, and seed calculator, operate primarily inside your web browser. We do not store your generated imagery, uploaded photos, or personal prompt archives on any centralized backend servers.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Unlike traditional web applications with database accounts:

• Zero Image Storage: Images you create or edit never touch our private servers. Processing occurs via client-side HTML5 canvas APIs or direct connections to public inference endpoints.
• Zero Account Tracking: You do not need to register an email address, password, or telephone number to use our free in-browser tools.
• Zero Biometric Analysis: Uploaded reference photos for background removal or Vivid Redo enhancements are rendered locally on your device.

3. Local Browser Storage (IndexedDB & LocalStorage)

SeedEdit.app utilizes your browser's native IndexedDB and LocalStorage technologies to provide a local creation history (the Dashboard Gallery). This data resides exclusively on your local computer or mobile device. You maintain absolute control over this data and may clear your entire history at any time through the Dashboard settings or your browser's "Clear Site Data" utility.

4. External AI Inference Endpoints

When you request a text-to-image synthesis, your browser directly calls the public Pollinations.ai REST engine (image.pollinations.ai). Your text prompt, seed number, and chosen aspect ratio parameters are transmitted directly over HTTPS to generate the output image. No personal identification headers are attached.

5. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising

We may partner with third-party advertising companies, including Google AdSense, to serve advertisements when you visit our website. These companies may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect non-personally identifiable information (such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited) to serve ads about goods and services tailored to your interests.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to SeedEdit.app and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or through the Network Advertising Initiative.

6. Affiliate Program Disclosures

In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, please note that SeedEdit.app features affiliate links to commercial third-party GPU studio services, including Leonardo.ai and Dzine.ai (Stylar). If you click an affiliate bridge button and subsequently purchase a subscription, we may earn an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend platforms that meet strict creative standards.

7. GDPR & CCPA / CPRA Privacy Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users possess specific rights regarding personal data:

• Right to Access & Portability: You can export your entire IndexedDB generation library as a JSON file at any time from the Dashboard.
• Right to Erasure: You can purge all stored records instantly using the "Clear Gallery" button.
• Do Not Sell My Personal Information: We do not sell or rent personal information to data brokers.
